I would definitely recommend your AI training
The training helped me understand how to craft more effective prompts using the RATTEDD framework, which has improved the quality of responses I get from AI tools. I also discovered new tools like NotebookLM, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini Canvas, and Gems—each of which can support different tasks in unique ways.
Since the training, I’ve become more intentional and structured in how I use AI, especially in writing better prompts using the RATTEDD framework. This has improved the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated outputs in my daily work.

It felt more like a conversation while learning
I thought the session was really great, and I liked that it was interactive. We've had a couple of people run sessions on prompt engineering but it was more of them speaking at us and not really the best for learning. I liked the way we were asked questions, had an activity and it felt more of a conversation whilst learning.
The RATTEDD framework for prompts was great, and its really helped me with creating good prompts which give me better results.
I also really liked that I've now got a better understanding of AI. I would never had thought to use dialogue when asking AI to complete asks. I always say please and thank you to AI but never thought of asking if it has everything it needs from me so this has been great. I'd 100% recommend this training to others, and would help a lot of people on their AI journey.

Entertaining and easy to absorb
The training provide a clear approach and pathway to get more out of AI usage everyday, in a way that is relevant for both business and personal usage. I enjoyed the real life examples and smooth and clear delivery.
Three benefits would be:1) The RATTED framework is a worthwhile enhancement of other more common prompt frameworks2) How to get the most out of Gems is valuable given our company use of Gemini, and the same principle applies to ChatGPT projects3) Recommended resources including tools and blogs are very helpful
The insights into Gemini have helped me do more with this tool and I will be exploring more of it's capability (and letting go of my obsession with ChatGPT) as a result.

Everyone should get some AI training!
I was using AI but at a basic level. Dedicating time to look into it or attend training was the biggest obstacle.
A great reminder that investing in utilising AI into our processes is worthwhile and will pay off. It was good to learn about platforms other than ChatGPT and Gemini that can be very useful.

Made it so much easier to dive in
Before the training, I only had a basic sense of AI. Mainly using it for research and proof reading. In my team, we are just starting to experiment with simple automation, but nothing really AI focused as it is kind of this "big and scary" thing.
I was worried that the material might be too technical or overwhelming for a beginner like me, however, without the training, I'd probably be lost in a sea of online resources with no clear starting point.
This course made it so much easier to dive in and understand what AI can truly offer and how it can enhance your work, rather than replace it.
